1. Your first paragraph does not follow the formula and does not lay the groundwork for the rest of the essay.
2. You are still doing a 3-in-1 thesis. Please follow the formula.
3. You need to use the link feature and not put a raw URL into the body of your essay.
4. Finally, you desperately need some beginning of sentence variety; you are using a N – V format almost exclusively. “Also” is not a sentence starter.
